It’s time! I’ve been sitting on this domain name for a while now, considering the content, the function, the crew of awesome food enthusiasts, and more. As we are about to ring in the new year, I look to 2017 as the year we finally see this site go live.
2025 Update:
And then look at that, I sat on it for another 8 years. Whoops. But here we are, going live again in January 2025. I’m teaching web design, and the class is going blogging.
On this site you’ll see restaurant reviews, recipes, ingredient deep dives, cultural explorations, and more. I’m pretty stoked about how the content and design will evolve over the next 4 months.
